Request a Proclamation
Please read the Proclamation Guidelines prior to your proclamation request. If your request falls within the proclamation guidelines, please fill out the Proclamation Request Form and return it to the Mayor’s Office for consideration. After you return the form, someone from the Mayor’s Office will contact you about your request.
Invite Mayor Suttle to Your Event / Request a Meeting
To request Mayor Suttle’s presence at your next event or request a meeting with Mayor Suttle, please fill out the Request for Mayor’s Time Form electronically and return it to the Mayor’s Office for review (electronic submissions via email are preferred). Be sure to include all the important information about your event/meeting, including date, time, location, the mayor’s participation in the event, and your contact information. Please allow approximately 10-14 days to process your request. A Mayor’s Office representative will contact you.
