Pam started as the City’s Finance Director on July 30, 2009.
The major functions of the Finance Department include:
- Managing revenue
- Payroll
- The City’s budgeting process
- Audit function
In addition, Mayor Suttle has an aggressive list of financial priorities for the City, including:
- Develop a plan to restore/maintain the City’s AAA bond rating,
- Implement a cost accounting system,
- Explore state and local tax reform, and
- Enhance public education regarding the costs of city services and financing methods.
