Aquatics  

Mockingbird Hills Community Center offers a 6-lane competition swimming pool with a one-meter diving board, floatable snake and basketball hoop. The pool is the home water for the Creighton Prep state champion swim team. We have open swim and lap swim times offered during the week and on the weekends. You can purchase a season pass which is valid here and at Montclair community center (Family $175, Adult $100, Senior $75 & Child $75) or you can pay daily admission ($4.00/adult,$3.00/Senior & $3.00/child). Pass runs Sept 1st 2011- May 31st 2012. Tuesday nights are $2.00 per person. 

We offer a wide variety of Learn To Swim Lessons at Mockingbird Hills Community Center. Lessons are designed to teach a variety of strokes, including the front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, and butterfly. There are six levels of skill-based instruction designed to help swimmers of all ages and abilities. We also offer adult lessons. 

We offer private and semi-private swim lessons. Please contact the center for more information and pricing. We now offer a Private Lesson package of six (6) half-hour private lessons for $150. Please contact Hannah or Pamela for more information @(402) 444-6103.  

We offer Aqua Fit shallow and deep water classes for adults and seniors. The classes are morning and evening and are low impact and easy on the body. The classes run on approximately 8 week session and you can either buy a punch card or you can drop-in daily. The same punch card can be used at both Mockingbird and Montclair Community Centers. The current session runs till June 29, 2012.
