Omaha Recreational Swim League
The Omaha Recreational Swim League is a non profit volunteer organization established to organize and administer the city's swim team program. The league will run for six weeks with meets held on Wednesday nights at multiple sites. The season will culminate in a City Championship meet to highlight a successful season of swim team competition. Dates, times and locations of the meets will be announced at the beginning of each season.

Swim team sites:
Camelot, Cryer, Elkhorn, Elmwood, Gallagher, Karen, Lee Valley, Mockingbird Hills, Montclair, Oak Heights, Roanoke, Spring Lake, Zorinsky
Swim Meet sites: Elmwood, Roanoke and Oak Heights
Each swim team will have a maximum of four hours per week for practice workouts (Monday -Â Thursday). Practices will include a review of strokes, turns, and starts for individual and relay events. Practice times will vary from pool to pool.
Signups
Registration for the 2012 ORSL season will begin: June 10th starting at 10:00 a.m. at each teams pool. You must sign up at the pool site you wish to swim for. Signups will continue during normal pool hours. see pool webpages for these hours.        Â

2012 Schedule:
- Early Bird meet June 20th: Elmwood Swimming Pool.
- Scheduled meets are each Wednesday June 27, Thursday, July 5, Wednesday July 11 and Wednesday,July 18 at one of three meet sites.
- City Championship meet July 25th (rain date 26th), 2012: Elmwood Swimming Pool.
Participant Fees:    $40.00 per person   fee includes a t-shirt.
