Hummel Day Camp 2011-2012 Timeline

• November - Letters sent out to all Omaha schools asking if they would like to participate in Hummel Day Camp.
• December 9, 2011 - Deadline for principals to respond to Recreation Department if they want to participate in Hummel Day Camp. 
• January 16, 2012 - Dates for Camp assigned to all participating schools.  Schools and volunteer organizers notified by mail.  Letters sent out to volunteer organizers explaining the registration process. Schools' dates will be posted on the website by mid-January.
• March 2, 2012 - Packets mailed out to Volunteer Organizers at each school to begin registration. 
• April 6, 2012 - Deadline for all registration cards and fees to be returned to the Recreation Department.
• April 18, 2012 - Open registration begins for all those not registering through their school.
• June 4th - August 10th - Hummel Day Camp!
• July 2th - July 6th - No Hummel Day Camp due to the 4th of July holiday.
