Athletic Fields Permits

2012 List of City Athletic Fields -by districts 

1.  Permits for city fields will open Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at 4:00pm
2.  You can call ahead (starting 11/23/11) and put your name on the field selection list
3.  The order from the list will be randomized and posted on the web on February 10th, 2012 at 5:00pm, all names must be submitted by 4:00pm or will be added to bottom of the list as they are recieved.
4.  Must bring photo ID
5.  Must fill out an Athletic Field Reservation Permit Request Form
7.  Each person can only permit 4 hours per week
8.  You must pay for all field time that you permit
9.  During the evening time you can permit fields from 5-7pm or 7-9pm (to allow two groups on a field a night)

General Information:

• An Athletic Field Permit will cost $5.00 per hour, per field.
