02/09/11  The Levi Carter Pavilion is currently closed. We will not be renting out this pavilion for the remainder of the year due to rennovations in the park.  

This rustic pavilion is located within a 520 acre park, overlooking Carter Lake, and is available from May 1st to September 30th. The building has no heat, air conditioning or kitchen facilities. There are two electrical outlets above the counter top. Outdoor grills are available just outside the facility. Fourteen picnic tables provide seating for 140 people. Portable restroom are available adjacent to the pavilion. This facility has three rooms, each approximately 20 x 30 feet. Two fireplaces flank the interior. The doors and windows open for ventilation. The park caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute clean up time allotted after your scheduled rental time.
