The pavilion is located on a 217 acre park, along the Benson Park Lagoon. The building is available year round and is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The main meeting room measures 30 x 40 feet and is equipped with restrooms and 8 eight foot tables and cushioned chairs to accommodate 64 people. The facility has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. The porch is included with the pavilion rental. The main floor and porch are handicapped accessible. The caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute time period allotted for cleanup after the designated rental time.
