This historic pavilion overlooks a 12 acre park. The building is available year round and is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The main floor measures 30 x 40 feet and has a small stage. The pavilion is equipped with a full kitchen, restrooms. The outside porch will accommodate an additional 40 people. Table and chairs are furnished to accommodate 80 people. The caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental. There is a 30 minute time period allotted for cleanup after the designated rental time.
