This single level pavilion is located within a 216 acre park. The building is available May 1st to September 30th. Central heating and air are not available, but ceiling fans and windows provide ventilation. Kitchen facilities are limited to a single deep sink with cold running water and electrical outlets. The main room measures 38 x 58 feet and has restroom facilities. Fifteen picnic tables and two serving tables are provided. The caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute time period allotted for cleanup after the designated rental time.

Elmwood Park also has shelter pads available for reservation.
