This pavilion is located within a 108 acre park. The building is available for Saturday rental year round and is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The meeting room measures 30 x 58 feet and has a stage and restroom facilities. A full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and a sink are located on the main level. There are tables and chairs to accommodate 70 people. Picnic tables are available to seat an additional 50 people on the porch. The porch is included with the pavilion rental. The building is handicapped accessible. The caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute time period allotted for cleanup after the designated rental time.
