The building has central heat and air conditioning. The main room measures 26 x 39 feet and has restroom facilities. The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink. There are 10 six foot tables and 64 cushions provided. The picnic tables on the porch will seat an additional 50 people. The porch is included in rental. The building is handicapped accessible. The park caretaker will open the pavilion 30 minutes prior to your rental time and will return at the end of your gathering to lock up the building. There is a 30 minute clean up time allotted after your scheduled rental time.
