Mt Vernon Gardens

Mt. Vernon Gardens is located at 6011 South 13th Street, and  has several beautiful areas to hold a wedding ceremony. There are colorful flower gardens planted with annuals and a formal rose garden. One of the most popular areas is the long narrow portico that overlooks the Missouri River. Any of these area will provide the perfect location for your wedding ceremony. There is electrical outlet access at the maintenance building below the portico, however you must provide the extension cords.

Wedding reservations are booked for 2 hour intervals starting at 10:00am. Set up and clean up times are included in the time frame. Chairs are allowed, but must be supplied by the renter.

In case of inclement weather, alternate sites are not included in this rental agreement. We suggest you consider making advanced arrangements for another location in case of bad weather.

Rental fees are non-refundable.

Receptions are not allowed at this facility.
