Planning Department Boards

The Planning Department administers a number of boards.  These boards, whose members are appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the City Council, have specific responsibilities outlined by the City Charter or City Ordinances.

Prior to the board hearing, the applicant or any interested party may schedule a time to review the City's case file during normal business hours by contacting the Planning Department at (402) 444-5150.
