Downtown Omaha is growing and changing, and its future will be guided by a Master Planning Process that kicked off early this year.

The quality of Omaha’s plan depends on capturing a broad range of input from citizens, businesses, and stakeholders. Downtown belongs to everyone, whether you come once a year or everyday, and your input is important. Omaha’s current Downtown Master Plan is over thirty years old and the North Downtown Plan is five years old.

The current planning process will blend and update those plans into one master plan for downtown which will serve the city and its citizens for the next thirty plus years.
