America's First PATH Concept Home Print

HUD's first PATH Concept Home (Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing) was constructed in Omaha, incorporating more than 60 efficient, sustainable, and flexible products in one affordable home.

Located in the Long School neighborhood, a neighborhood that is part of the City's broad commercial and residential redevelopment effort, it was the result of a public and private partnership involving the U.S. government, the City of Omaha, and America's housing industry.

Said HUD Assistant Secretary Darlene F. Williams, "With the PATH Concept Home, HUD has created a blueprint for the future of the American Dream by using innovative housing technologies that support our goals of sustainability, efficiency, and flexibility in an affordable home."
