This project involved the renovation of the historic (and vacant) Drake Court Apartments located near Omaha's Downtown area.  The renovation resulted in 132 housing units, 108 of which are occupied by low-income and moderate-income families whose annual household incomes are 60% and below the Median Income by Family Size while the remaining 24 units are rented at market rates.

This renovation substantially upgraded the immediate area, marking possible the construction of an elementary school adjacent to it.  The Drake Court Apartments project was funded by a combination of public (HOME) and private dollars, Tax Increment Financing, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Nebraska Trust Funds, Historical Tax Credits, and cash equity from the LLC.
