This project involved the construction of 132 multi-family rental units in the Kellom Heights neighborhood along with 20 senior rental units and a community room for low-income and moderate-income elderly families. 

One of the units and the common area are accessible and adaptable for persons having mobility impairments and an additional unit is accessible for persons with hearing and/or vision impairments. 

Funding for this project has involved a mix of public funds, private financing, equity and cash contributions from the developer.
