What We Do:

Planning Department Code Enforcement handles complaints on the condition and use of structures.  Examples include structures that are vacant and open, deteriorated roofs and gutters, peeling paint, torn screens, missing and/or broken windows and doors, etc.  We also evaluate the condition of fences and retaining walls.  Please call 402-444-5371 to report a problem.

What Others Do:

Parks Department Code Enforcement handles complaints pertaining to trash trees, dead trees, weeds, and litter/garbage in yards.  They can be reached at 402-444-5910.

The Health Department handles pool complaints at 402-444-7485.  They also handle rodent, bed bug, cockroach, and insect and infestation complaints at 402-444-7481.

Public Works handles broken, upheaved, and cracked public sidewalk complaints.  They also handle complaints from them public when sidewalks are not shoveled in the winter.  They can be reached at 402-444-5283.
