Contractors seeking to work on Housing Rehabilitation, Lead Hazard Control, and/or Exterior Paint Stabiliation projects are required to submit their qualificaiton information to the City of Omaha Planning Department, Housing and Community Development Division ("HCD") for review.  Contractors currently working with HCD are required to submit the same information to HCD on an annual basis.
