The Clifton Hills South Redevelopment area is a physically and economically distressed residential neighborhood within  a larger residential section of north Omaha.  The area is bounded by Military Avenue to the southwest, 45th Street to the west, an alley just north of Lake Street to the north, 42nd Street to the east, and Patrick Avenue to the south.

The redevelopment plan calls for 20 affordable infill housing units to be built on vacant lots within the area.  New housing will fit within the visual scale of existing homes in the area.

Events of Note:

• The Redevelopment Plan was completed in July, 2008
• The Environmental Assessment was completed in July 2009
