For many homeless people the lack of housing is the result of circumstances that may not be limited to just the availability of housing. The Human Services Campus provides services and shelter for individuals and families in need.
Current Humans Services Campus services include:
Future development at the Human Services Campus will include:
- 24 units of transitional housing
- 48 units of permanent supportive housing
- Industrial Rehabilitation/Employment-Based Center
- Empowerment Center
- 26 units of supportive housing primarily serving veterans

The City of Omaha will contribute CDBG, NAHFT, and HOME funds toward redevelopment activities at the Human Services Campus. Tax Increment Financing and private dontations are additional funding sources.
An environmental assessment was completed for the entire Human Services Campus on July 28, 2009. |
