The Clarinda and Page Apartments were constructed in 1909 and 1914 respectively.
Designed and built by Clarinda, Iowa developer William W. Welch they are simple and graceful examples of the Georgian Revival style of architecture.
Located at the corner of Farnam Street and Turner Boulevard, the Clarinda and Page represent the type of luxury apartments which developed along the city’s picturesque parks and boulevard system after the turn-of-the-century. |
